Stuff polite , speak English, helpfull Restaurant very nice decorated and comfy furniture 5star. In general was OK but not 4 stars as total

Breakfast was good, the hotel is on the european side of istanbul but my flight was on the asian side which was tricky. but the staff were nice and i enjoyed my stay

I would say all the services in the hotel are 7 stars, the staff and the canteen and the cleaner team.

the staff is VERY friendly and helpful. any problem is solved directly and they help you get a taxi or give your tourism advices and make your stay easier.
